Yes, all of our polymer blends are non-toxic and biodegradable. Test reports are available upon request.

2. Will your polymers react with my active ingredients?
Our polymers are non-reactive in nature. However, active ingredients, which are highly oxidizing, in turn, may degrade the polymers.

3. Will your conversion process change the nature of my active ingredient?
No, our process takes place under ambient temperature and atmospheric pressures; hence the active ingredients will not be denatured due to extreme conditions.

4. What are your specialties?
We specialize in converting active ingredients into solid blocks with controlled release features. We are the only company who can convert liquid active ingredients into solid blocks. The active ingredient loading level can go as high as 70%.

5. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our production machines requires a minimum batch size of 100 KGS
We also have a set of prototyping machines with a maximum batch size of 2 KGS to support our customers with sample orders for product and marketing trials.

6. What are your lead-times?
Lead-times are subject to material supply and production load. In general, we would suggest 3-4 weeks of lead-time on the first batch run (new products) and 1-2 weeks for reorders.

Yes, we can source active ingredients for you at cost.

8. What documents can you provide or support?
Once you become our customer, we will provide Material Safety Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis and copy of our Polymer Blend's Biodegradability and Toxicity Test Reports upon your request.

9. Do you sell/distribute your own products?
No. We are a contract manufacturer, not a distributor or a retailer. We provide customized, proprietary formulations designed specifically for you, our customers.

10. Will the information that I have provided be kept confidential?
Yes, we will enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement with our customers at the start of the Product Development Phase. We will subsequently enter into a Contract Manufacturing Agreement with our customers at the start of the Contract Manufacturing Phase. In these Agreements, we are bounded by non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses.

11. How big is the block and how long can it last?
The block ranges in size, depending on the specifications. The most common dimension is 43mm in diameter and 33mm in height weighing 50grams. Again, the length of time the block can last depends also on the specifications. We have produced blocks lasting from 1 week to as long as 6 months.

12. What shapes of blocks can you produce?
We can produce blocks with a regular cross-sectional shape. The length is adjustable.
