To realize the full benefits of our technology, Hydroemission offers a comprehensive series of services including: product development; product trials; contract manufacturing; and packaging. All this with a strict adherence to Hydroemission Quality Management System.
Hydroemission first works to understand its customers requirements and application environments. Having done so, its team of engineers and researchers begins integration of its technology into the customers active ingredients. Prototypes of the controlled release versions of the active ingredients are then subjected product trials.
The product trials are crucial to the successful use of the controlled release versions of the active ingredients as they ensure that the product is conforming to specifications and is effective in its functions. This stage is carried out in 2 phases.
- Laboratory Test
This phase is usually carried out in Hydroemission's laboratory where the prototypes are subjected to simulated application conditions and the release profiles studied. Upon completion, prototypes are provided to customers for the field tests.
- Field-test
In this phase, the prototypes are used in real environments where their performance is monitored by our customers. Where the product falls below expectations, improvements are made and the product subjected to testing again. This process is repeated until a satisfactory product is achieved.
Hydroemission collects the active ingredients from its customers and converts these active ingredients into solid blocks with controlled release features, according to specifications.
The finished goods are packaged accordingly to specifications before it is delivered to our customers. Corporate logos, artwork and instructions can be printed on packaging materials upon request.

- Individual wrapping in aluminum foil
- Individual shrink wrapping
- No individual wrapping

- Plastic tubs (5KGS, 10 KGS, 20KGS)
- Carton box (30cm x 20cm x 20cm)
Hydroemission utilizes a Total Quality Management System to assure that only the highest quality products are delivered to its customers. This concept starts from the receipt of raw materials through the transformation of the active ingredients to finished products ready for delivery. All these steps are performed with strict adherence and compliance. A well-documented and controlled system of SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), batch records, test records allows us to guarantee the total quality of our products.
