If for any reason you decide to return the purchase, Hydroemission offers a "no question asked" 7-days return period to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  The 7-days return period starts from the date that you receive the product.

If you want to return the product, please contact us. We will give you the closest address where to send us the products. 
Shipment must have an option for tracking, and the products must be returned un-opened.

Upon reception, we will assess the products and will provide to refund you the order value, deducted of the initial shipping cost.
